Peter Hammon

Legal Advisor & Regulatory Strategist

Peter received his J.D. from UCLA Law School. While in law school, he founded and served as the President of the UCLA Gaming Law Association, focused on regulatory and legal issues in online gambling, fantasy sports, and e-sports.

Prior to joining Simply Alpha, Peter led the U.S. expansion and business development efforts for the Smarkets Betting Exchange, a London-based sportsbook now operating in multiple U.S. states.

He has advised sports betting and fantasy sports businesses including Sporttrade, Delavan Lake Trading, nVenue, BetConstruct, and FanDex.

Omar Guerrero

Omar manages product development, technical implementation, and go-to-market execution at Simply Alpha. His work covers platform architecture, operational systems, integrations, automation, analytics, and growth infrastructure for digital gaming products.

He connects commercial strategy with technical delivery, helping move projects from concept to launch through structured execution, vendor coordination, and scalable systems.

Legal Advisor and Compliance Specialist

Leonardo is an iGaming lawyer with deep expertise in US and offshore sweepstakes compliance. At Simply Alpha, he guides operators through licensing, AML, and regulatory frameworks to ensure every launch meets the highest legal standards.

Previously, he led compliance and legal operations for multiple gaming firms, managing licensing, AML, and regulator relations. His command of Curacao and global licensing regimes, paired with hands-on experience in casino operations and fintech integrations, makes him a trusted advisor for complex gaming ventures.
